Our Mission

Healthy Ever After was created with a specific goal in mind: to design science-based nutrition and wellness programs for workplaces. It doesn’t matter if they work at a small business or a large corporation — every employee deserves the chance to create lifelong healthy habits.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. Throughout that time I have developed a passion and understanding of the challenges of being and feeling well while working. As a result, I have created Healthy Ever After to make life just a little easier and healthier for working individuals.

Heidi McIndoo, MS, RD, LDN

Heidi Reichenberger McIndoo is a nutrition consultant, spokesperson, author, and freelance writer with 25 years experience. She loves helping people realize that eating nutritiously doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavor and pleasure. Currently, she works for Hannaford Supermarkets and in corporate wellness. She’s the author of several recognized publications and has been quoted as an expert in hundreds of magazines, articles, and television broadcasts.

Heidi Roth spent the first part of her career as a neonatal dietitian and pediatric nutrition specialist. In more recent years, she has founded her own corporate wellness consulting business with the goal of providing science-based health recommendations. She shares her enthusiasm for health both virtually and in-person with fun, simple programs.

Michelle Smith, MS, RD, LD

Michelle Smith is a wellness and whole-health educator with more than 20 years of experience in private practice. She recently graduated from Rouxbe plant-based cooking school, and she combines her knowledge of food with expertise on intuitive eating and Health At Every Size approaches. On our team, she is responsible for designing and presenting some of our top wellness programs.
