Stretch and Strengthen
Based on a yoga/stretch foundation, this class is built to give you a full body burn. Stretch and strengthen incorporates sculpting & toning exercises and metabolism boosting cardio bursts using your own bodyweight. Expect an extremely efficient, fun and invigorating workout for both body and mind, from head to toe. 3-5 pound weights are recommended for class. Cans of soup and water bottles are a nice replacement. If you do not have any hand weights, no worries!
