Weight Loss/Education Program:  Lose to Win

Research shows that a combination of a 7-10% weight loss along with 150 minutes (about 2 and a half hours) of physical activity weekly helps improve overall health and reduce the risk for diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure.  

 

This is a 6-10-week program developed with this research in mind.
