You have proclaimed you want to be a person that is thinner, smarter, sleep more, has more energy, is more patient etc. but becoming that person can be overwhelming and just plans hard to maintain. If this sounds familiar, we have a program for you.

This 6–8-week program is designed to help you finally stop the roller coaster and create the habits and life you want.
Components of the program:

  • You will take a self-assessment prior to starting the class to help you understand the habits you want to change and what is important to you.
  • 30-45 minutes (based on a client’s desire) weekly meetings with a live health coach/dietitian to learn about habit change and how to support the new habits you are working on creating.
  • You will Track your progress throughout the program via an app or good ‘ol paper and pen!
  • Weekly support from your health coach will be available.
